On 01 August 2022, a new phase of life began for Lena and Darren. Lena is training with us as a restaurant specialist and Darren as a chef.
Lena, our track and field athlete, who also enjoys baking, will be looked after by Zoe, our junior restaurant manager, as her "godmother" for the first few weeks. Darren, who can be found in the fitness centre in his free time, will be taken by the hand by our head chef Martin, who will act as his "godfather". Both are on hand to answer any questions they may have and guide them through their first experiences in the world of work.
We all wish our two new apprentices a great start at the Schweizerhof!
